Call to Intercession: For President, America & Spiritual Solar Eclipse

First let me say I am not in any way saying today's eclipse means anything! I am only saying that when I thought about it this morning, I was reminded of a passage the Lord has been having me pray from for the last two weeks. That's all, nothing more. I believe the Lord is on no one's side but His own, as He told Joshua in Joshua 5:13-15. That being said...

I wanted to share a few things the Lord revealed during intercession a couple of weeks ago and the strategies I received for intercession. I didn’t feel led to share it then, but I do now because I was just outside in my backyard interceding when the Lord showed me something new through the last passage I will share in this post that He said the solar eclipse was symbolic of…spiritual blindness.

The Lord impressed upon me that President Trump is under unbelievable attacks from the enemy during this time of chaos in our nation. The chaos caused by those who hate this president and Who he represents seems as if it is totally out of controlled, but the truth is that the chaos is actually a controlled chaos the Lord is using to flush out some holdovers out into the light. Read between the lines. That’s a no brainer, but there is also an assignment against the intercessors assigned to cover him and this great nation. Assignments of infirmity, oppression, depression, fatigue, false accusations, confusion, incarceration, strife, division and the list goes on. If you have been experiencing any of this suddenly for no apparent reason then you might need to bind and break that assignment. Do not doubt. Just do it. Arise, shake it off and get back up on the wall. Witchcraft is a very real vehicle the enemy is utilizing and the church better wake up and start doing something about it because some of it is coming from some of the pulpits in the church. But I’ll save that topic for a later post…maybe.

For now, I want to share the passages the Lord used the last couple of weeks to direct my intercession, which I now am released to put out as a call to intercession.

First passage and prayer strategy

During intercession a couple of week ago, I heard these words – I will strike the shepherd and scatter the flock.

Matthew 26:21-46 NKJV

Now as they were eating, He said, "Assuredly, I say to you, one of you will betray Me." And they were exceedingly sorrowful, and each of them began to say to Him, "Lord, is it I?" He answered and said, "He who dipped his hand with Me in the dish will betray Me. "The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born." Then Judas, who was betraying Him, answered and said, "Rabbi, is it I?" He said to him, "You have said it." And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, "Take, eat; this is My body." Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. “For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. "But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father's kingdom." And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives. Then Jesus said to them, "All of you will be made to stumble because of Me this night, for it is written: 'I will strike the Shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.' "But after I have been raised, I will go before you to Galilee." Peter answered and said to Him, "Even if all are made to stumble because of You, I will never be made to stumble." Jesus said to him, "Assuredly, I say to you that this night, before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times." Peter said to Him, "Even if I have to die with You, I will not deny You!" And so said all the disciples. Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to the disciples, "Sit here while I go and pray over there." And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and He began to be sorrowful and deeply distressed. Then He said to them, "My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch with Me." He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, "O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will." Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, "What? Could you not watch with Me one hour? "Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." Again, a second time, He went away and prayed, saying, "O My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless I drink it, Your will be done." And He came and found them asleep again, for their eyes were heavy. So He left them, went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. Then He came to His disciples and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and resting? Behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners. "Rise, let us be going. See, My betrayer is at hand."

As I read and meditated on the above passage, the Lord revealed that we needed to begin to cover the President because something was coming that would be symbolic of the shepherd being struck and his flock scattered.

"Assuredly, I say to you, one of you will betray Me."

Pray for divine protection, discernment and wisdom for President, family and cabinet during this time because betrayal would increase on all sides in order to remove the President from office. The enemy wants to falsely accuse him and others working with him, and even incarcerate him, or worse, if they could get away with it.

Then Jesus said to them, "All of you will be made to stumble because of Me this night, for it is written: 'I will strike the Shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.' During this time when people are turning against him and leaving his side there would be the a revealing of those who have been deceptively pretending to be for the president that would not be able to keep their true feelings towards him hidden because they will truly believe that they have finally got him positioned to take him out permanently, but they are wrong. It will not happen.

Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to the disciples, "Sit here while I go and pray over there… and He began to be sorrowful and deeply distressed. Then He said to them, "My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch with Me.

It would be during this time the intercessors needed to cover President Trump and America fervently that there would be an assignment against intercessors to keep them out of the spirit realm to keep the enemy at bay. President Trump is a strong man and he may seem like he has thick skin, but the truth is that he has feelings like us all. He will even enter a time when he feels all alone and even a failure, deep depression, doubt and confusion will try to attach itself to him, but it will work out for his good. God will use this time to refine and humble him so that He might exalt him in due season.

Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, "What? Could you not watch with Me one hour?

At his darkest hour, the president’s intercessors will be struck with sleep and slumber. Witchcraft assignments will be weapon of warfare from the enemy. Intercessors need to be wise and alert to these wiles of the devil. Intercessors must manifest to destroy the works of darkness! Break these assignments now and forbid them to manifest. Pray for intercessors to arise and overcome.

"Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."

Assignments against the intercessors will be released to keep them from interceding through fatigue, distractions, and attacks emotionally, relationally, spiritually, temptation to sin and backslide will be released with great intensity and assignments to turn the intercessors against President Trump and American society. Confusion will be intense if you are not focusing on what the Spirit is saying instead of what the media is feeding the public. Some pulpits will spew the same narrative the mainstream media spews to divide the nation and a division will manifest in the church the same way. It is all an assignment to put the people of God into a sleep and slumber.

And He came and found them asleep again, for their eyes were heavy.

The assignment will be a continual barrage of attacks to put a spirit of heaviness, sleep and slumber on the intercessors.

"Are you still sleeping and resting? Behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners. "

Rise, let us be going. See, My betrayer is at hand."The Spirit will break the assignment off the intercessors and shake them out of their sleep and slumber to know the day and hour at hand.

"But after I have been raised, I will go before you to Galilee."

Galilee is the region where most of the Lord’s miracles were performed. The Lord will cause President Trump to arise out of the time testing and refining to overcome the attacks on His left side and on his right side. He will then begin to accomplish many things that many have made their calling in life to make impossible for the President to accomplish. When he does, people will say it must be a miracle because there is no other explanation of how President Trump is accomplishing the things many today believe are impossible. But Trump believes with God all things are possible, and so shall many things he shall accomplish. Then many who currently dishonor him will begin to honor him and work with him. Even on the world stage, but know this, it will come with a price.

Intercessor, God has set you as watchmen over America. As He said to Jeremiah, He says to intercessors today - Do not be afraid of their faces, for I am with you to deliver you," says the LORD. Then the LORD put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the LORD said to me: "Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant. Jeremiah 1:8-10

Second passage and prayer strategy

2 Kings 6:17 NKJV

And the sons of the prophets said to Elisha, "See now, the place where we dwell with you is too small for us. “Please, let us go to the Jordan, and let every man take a beam from there, and let us make there a place where we may dwell." So he answered, "Go." Then one said, "Please consent to go with your servants." And he answered, "I will go." So he went with them. And when they came to the Jordan, they cut down trees. But as one was cutting down a tree, the iron ax head fell into the water; and he cried out and said, "Alas, master! For it was borrowed." So the man of God said, "Where did it fall?" And he showed him the place. So he cut off a stick, and threw it in there; and he made the iron float. Therefore he said, "Pick it up for yourself." So he reached out his hand and took it.

Through prayer I believe the Lord has shown through symbolism, please remember, through symbolism, I am not taking scripture out of context. I am saying the Lord revealed a prayer strategy through this passage. The prophet Elisha representing President Trump. The river Jordan representing two things. One, it represents a flow of revelation. God opening the President’s eyes to see and understand spiritually the source of the chaos and opposition against him in the government and the nation is not flesh and blood. Two, the flowing river represents the flow of humanity or the direction society is headed or being led. The ax head made of iron falling off the handle and into the river. The handle most likely being made of wood is symbolic of man, the ax head of iron being symbolic of deity or supernatural power, falling into the river. In other words, the iron ax head represents the spirit moving and controlling the masses in rebellion and chaos. Elisha asking where the ax head fell and then throwing a stick in that place causing the ax head to float to the surface and then saying, “You pick it up.” This represents the intercessors calling out or casting out of the masses, the spirit of rebellion and chaos from their position on the throne in Christ Jesus. The stick representing the Cross, but also man. God using man to deliver judgment to the spirits causing the masses to rebel and cause chaos, just as He used Enoch to deliver His judgment against the watcher angels who went into the daughters of men.

Intercessors should pray that Holy Spirit or someone with access to President Trump will lead him to the river of revelation to have his spiritual eyes open to see things for what they really are and then deal with them accordingly by the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation. Intercessors should release the judgment of God to the spirits, bind and break powers of rebellion and chaos released into the masses by the vehicle of witchcraft and cast it out of this nation. I believe God is saying to the intercessors He will reveal the assignments, bring to the surface and expose the spirits. Then we must deal with them as He has given His Name and authority to do so.

Third passage and prayer strategy – symbolic of the solar eclipse today

Like I mentioned earlier, I have been interceding through strategies I have received through these passages, but it wasn’t until today that I saw something in this next passage I had not seen previously.

2 Kings 6:8-23 NKJV

Now the king of Syria was making war against Israel; and he consulted with his servants, saying, "My camp will be in such and such a place." And the man of God sent to the king of Israel, saying, "Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Syrians are coming down there." Then the king of Israel sent someone to the place of which the man of God had told him. Thus he warned him, and he was watchful there, not just once or twice. Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was greatly troubled by this thing; and he called his servants and said to them, "Will you not show me which of us is for the king of Israel?" And one of his servants said, "None, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom." So he said, "Go and see where he is, that I may send and get him." And it was told him, saying, "Surely he is in Dothan." Therefore he sent horses and chariots and a great army there, and they came by night and surrounded the city. And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, "Alas, my master! What shall we do?" So he answered, "Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them." And Elisha prayed, and said, "LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see." Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. So when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the LORD, and said, "Strike this people, I pray, with blindness." And He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha. Now Elisha said to them, "This is not the way, nor is this the city. Follow me, and I will bring you to the man whom you seek." But he led them to Samaria. So it was, when they had come to Samaria, that Elisha said, "LORD, open the eyes of these men that they may see." And the LORD opened their eyes, and they saw; and there they were, inside Samaria! Now when the king of Israel saw them, he said to Elisha, "My father, shall I kill them? Shall I kill them?" But he answered, "You shall not kill them. Would you kill those whom you have taken captive with your sword and your bow? Set food and water before them that they may eat and drink and go to their master." Then he prepared a great feast for them; and after they ate and drank, he sent them away and they went to their master. So the bands of Syrian raiders came no more into the land of Israel.

Just like in the story above the enemy is making war with President Trump….and Christians. The anti-Christ party is troubled because just when they think they have the President, or someone tied to him cornered, they find that they are no closer to indicting him than they are to getting rid of the American Constitution and opening the boarders. It’s frustrating and troubling to them because God has put a lying spirit their magic boards, tarot cards and oracles. I believe an awakening is coming to President Trump, one that is spiritual in nature, and he will begin to see and understand in a new way that heaven is backing him. I believe God will say to him very soon, “You pick it up; you do it yourself.” As opposed to having a team of spiritual leaders praying for him (nothing wrong with that), but I think there is a Kairos moment coming to our President where he will begin to pray, decree and declare on his own what, “Thus Says The Lord.”

I also believe the Lord showed me this morning the Syrian army being struck with blindness represents a spiritual solar eclipse the Lord will cause to only affect the enemies of President Trump and Christians in America. Do not fool yourself into thinking they do not want your heads along with his. If they are successful to take down or impeach the president, the Believers will be next. The Lord will cause the enemy’s plans to be frustrated because He will strike the enemy in the natural and in the spirit with blindness to be led by the President in the direction they should go. It may look like the enemy has the upper hand at the moment, leading and directing the direction of this nation, but that will all change when the Lord of Glory says enough and strikes them all with a blindness, as in, blindness of mind, confusion, memory, and so on. God is about to arise and cause a spiritual solar eclipse over the enemies of God in America, and He will cause them to be a people who wander in darkness, the place where their plans come to not. Hallelujah to the Lion of the Tribe of Judah! He has prevailed!

One last thing about the borrowed ax head in the first passage I shared. The Lord likened President Trump to a borrowed ax head. I didn’t understand this at first, but then He said because President Trump answered the call to be the President of the United States, he has lent himself to the Lord, and I will use him as a weapon in My hand.

Intercessor, the Lord is saying the same about you when you answer the call. You are lending yourself to the Lord and He will make you to be a weapon in His hand. He will use you and your intercession mightily, as you lend yourself and your intercession to the Lord.

I leave you with the following two passages to see and perceive you are being used by the Lord as His weapon of choice. Answer the call.

Jeremiah 51:19-25 NKJV

The Portion of Jacob is not like them, For He is the Maker of all things; And Israel is the tribe of His inheritance. The LORD of hosts is His name. "You are My battle-ax and weapons of war: For with you I will break the nation in pieces; With you I will destroy kingdoms; With you I will break in pieces the horse and its rider; With you I will break in pieces the chariot and its rider; With you also I will break in pieces man and woman; With you I will break in pieces old and young; With you I will break in pieces the young man and the maiden; With you also I will break in pieces the shepherd and his flock; With you I will break in pieces the farmer and his yoke of oxen; And with you I will break in pieces governors and rulers. "And I will repay Babylon and all the inhabitants of Chaldea For all the evil they have done In Zion in your sight," says the LORD. "Behold, I [am] against you, O destroying mountain, who destroys all the earth," says the LORD. "And I will stretch out My hand against you, Roll you down from the rocks, and make you a burnt mountain.

Isaiah 41:10-20 NKJV

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.' "Behold, all those who were incensed against you shall be ashamed and disgraced; they shall be as nothing, and those who strive with you shall perish. You shall seek them and not find them--Those who contended with you. Those who war against you shall be as nothing, as a nonexistent thing. For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, 'Fear not, I will help you.' "Fear not, you worm Jacob, You men of Israel! I will help you," says the LORD And your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. "Behold, I will make you into a new threshing sledge with sharp teeth; you shall thresh the mountains and beat them small, and make the hills like chaff. You shall winnow them, the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them; you shall rejoice in the LORD, and glory in the Holy One of Israel. "The poor and needy seek water, but there is none, their tongues fail for thirst. I, the LORD, will hear them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them. I will open rivers in desolate heights, and fountains in the midst of the valleys; I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water. I will plant in the wilderness the cedar and the acacia tree, The myrtle and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the cypress tree and the pine And the box tree together, That they may see and know, And consider and understand together, That the hand of the LORD has done this, And the Holy One of Israel has created it.
