SMASHING PILLARS... RAISING SONS

Battle Weary? Arise! Shake yourself off! Time to Shine!

Shalom Pillars of God!

The following message are notes from the above video. If you are battle weary, discouraged, and tempted to throw in the towel...don't! You will break through this dry season not many days from now. Watch the video and be encouraged and strengthened! Shalom.

I saw a vision of a sealed scroll being unsealed and opened. In it was written, In Jesus name, I pray. Amen. Over and over, eight times. They represent prayers made long ago that were not answered, or so it seemed.The Lord has kept a record of your prayers until the time He determines they are to be answered. He has not forgotten one prayer made according to His will. You may have forgotten some of the prayers you prayed long ago or you may have even grown weary of praying and believing He will answer your prayers to give you the desires He has placed in your heart.

Now is not the time to give up. The temptation to throw in the towel is the work of unbelief and doubt is the instigator!

I strongly sense in my heart that you may be growing battle weary partly because the enemy is bombarding you daily with issues and setbacks to kill your faith. If this is you, you need to shake yourself off, wake up and stand again against the wiles of the enemy. You will break through this, but you must keep the main thing the main thing. Maintain your intercession and your faith will prevail. Don’t lose sight of the calling of God on your life and the prophecies made concerning you and the call on your life.

1 Timothy 1:18-19, This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare, having faith and a good conscience, which some having rejected, concerning the faith have suffered shipwreck… Paul wrote to Timothy, a young pastor in the church at Ephesus, to remind him of the heavy burden of responsibility he was facing. Timothy’s task was challenging: false doctrine had to be dealt with and erased, public worship safeguarded, and mature leadership developed. Paul also admonishes Timothy on how a minister is to conduct himself.

Because Timothy is so young he must always be on guard to prevent his youthfulness from become a liability, rather than an asset, to the gospel. It was important for Timothy to keep himself from false teachers and greedy motives, always pursuing righteousness and the fruit of the Spirit, which is characteristic of a man of God.

Yeshua said, men ought to always pray and not lose heart… Luke 18:1. To lose heart is to be utterly spiritless. This is a dangerous place to be spiritually because it basically means to be bad-natured which produces the fruit of being troublesome, injurious, pernicious, destructive, and baneful. The thing about losing heart is that it’s a gradual subtle thing that is not noticed at first, but when it is full-blown it causes injury and destruction. James 1:13-15, Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am being tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, and He Himself does not tempt anyone. 14 But each one is tempted when he is carried away and enticed by his own lust. 15 Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin is accomplished, it brings forth death.

Paul said, Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. (Through the vehicle of prayer) For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Paul also says, And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Galatians 6:9 The Lord wants you to know good things are in store for you. It may not seem like it at the moment. Things may look pretty bleak for you right now, but prayers you made seasons past are about to be answered and your way out or the way forward will reveal the end of a season and the beginning of a new season. All things will literally become new again. A fresh start, but not without controversy. Not without contention. Not without hypocrisy. But with uncertainty and blind faith, I will bring you into a new land and a new place.Remember Abraham? Hebrews 11:8, By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.

Gen 12:1, 4, Now the LORD had said to Abram: "Get out of your country, From your family And from your father's house, To a land that I will show you. ... 4 So Abram departed as the LORD had spoken to him, and Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran.

Haran means parched, or a dried up place. Time to go from the place called parched, but remember there may be controversy over your leap of faith. Wait for the dust to settle and then you will see clearly that you are in the land of promise. A land that has potential. A land that has not been mined and that has remained untapped with resources hidden for you and for the work I have called you to do. The work you are starting to believe is unattainable will now pursue and even overtake you. Did I not say the ship would run itself? I did say it, and I will do it. The ship I am bringing to you will run itself and you will go wherever I tell it to go to. You will go to places I have prepared for you. To a people who have been sitting in darkness and you are the great light I have chosen to illuminate Myself through to them, says the Lord. Arise, shake yourself off, it’s time to shine.

Prayers offered to God long ago are about to be answered. There are prayers you prayed fervently to the Lord long ago and some of them you have even forgotten or laid them down believing they were not meant to be, but the Lord says those prayers were not in vain. They were for an appointed time. They were recorded and sealed only to be unsealed and fulfilled at the time determined by God. The Lord says the seals are being broken and the scrolls opened to release the responses to the prayers. Yes! Amen! He is the giver of good things. He has blessed you and will bless you again…if you do not grow weary. If you do not faint in the day of adversity. If you do not pull back but rather press in and onward. There is a prize prepared for you. The reward you have been dreaming of and the treasure you have been seeking will come into your possession...if you trust in the Lord. But, if you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small. Proverbs 24:10. You will not prevail. The Lord wants you to know today is the day of adversity. Now is the time to arise, and shake yourself off, it’s your time to shine.

Many times God says, ‘Wait’ when we think He is saying, ‘No.’ Isaiah 40:31 NKJV 31 But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. There may be people and/or situations that must come into proper alignment in order for the harvest of your petitions to be reaped. There may be some sort action on your part in order to set things in motion. Did you do what God said to do? Whatever the case may be, your works by faith will prevail.

This is the season for prayers to be answered that seemed to be overlooked or denied by God causing you to punish Him by being indifferent with Him. Beckoned or not, God has always been present with you. Watch as He shows you how He heard you the first time and He never forgot the requests you made of Him even though you may have forgotten Him.

He will not hold your silent treatment toward Him against you. Isaiah 54:9, "For this is like the waters of Noah to Me; For as I have sworn That the waters of Noah would no longer cover the earth, So have I sworn That I would not be angry with you, nor rebuke you. It is His good pleasure to give to those who ask. You just didn’t discern the timing element of having your prayers answered. But now you will forget your misery, And remember it as waters that have passed away, and your life will be brighter than noonday. Though you were in a dark season, you will be like the morning. Job 11:16-17. For lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come, Song 2:11-12. It’s time to arise, time to shake yourself off, your time to shine arrived.

Remember God did not withhold His only Son from us so how will He not with Him also give us all things freely? Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain. James 5:7.

Be encouraged. Be strengthened. Be renewed by His Spirit. You are about to bud forth with new life. It’s time to arise, time to shake yourself off, your time to shine arrived.

Let me end with this passage from Philippians.

Philippians 1:2-11, Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 3 I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, 4 always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, 5 for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, 6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete [it] until the day of Jesus Christ; 7 just as it is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart, inasmuch as both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are partakers with me of grace. 8 For God is my witness, how greatly I long for you all with the affection of Jesus Christ. 9 And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, 10 that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, 11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness which [are] by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

Now receive this blessing:

The Lord bless you and keep you;

The Lord make His face shine upon you,

And be gracious to you;

The Lord lift up His countenance upon you,

And give you rest.

Best,

Samuel
